FULL PROGRAMS

Our full programs are for those who are looking to follow a month’s worth of workouts designed for progression. Those who follow the program must have access to major equipment such as a rack, a barbell, plates, dumbbells, etc.

Full programs will be available for download later this fall.

SAMPLE PROGRAM

This sample program is all about building strength through barbell, dumbbell and bodyweight exercises. Below is some information about the program before you get started.

  • Training days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday

  • Equipment: Rack, Barbell, Bench, Landmine and Dumbbells

  • Focus: Full Body Strength

  • Difficulty: Challenging

  • Key: DB= Dumbbells/ BB= Barbell
